Sterimed was founded in 1967 in Jounieh - Lebanon. The company began as a Lebanese importer and distributor of medical products with only 2 agencies in hand and 3 employees.

Over the past 47 years and from this beginning, we have expanded well beyond our initial product line and customer base. Today, the company had developed to be a leading national distributor of high technology healthcare products from over 50 international companies in the fields of general surgery, cardiac surgery, cardiology, radiology, neuro-radiology, orthopedics, anesthesia, urology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, oncology, among many others. We offer this full line of healthcare products to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and pharmacies.

Because we strongly believe that customer relationships are at the heart of every successful company, we decided that the best use of our resources were to serve our customers in a way that no one else in the industry had approached. For that reason, we set our sights and energies on becoming a distinguished supplier of healthcare products.
